Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s account activity.
By using Bidlet, you confirm that you (or your child) meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering.
Parents/guardians may manage or delete their child’s account at any time.
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
4. Content & Artwork
Users retain ownership of their artwork.
By uploading artwork, you grant Bidlet a limited license to display and promote it within the platform.
Users may not upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove artwork or content that violates these Terms.
5. Payments & Transactions
Payments are handled through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or child-safe financial tools).
Bidlet does not store payment details.
Fees, commissions, or payout schedules (if any) will be clearly stated on the platform.
6. Safety & Conduct
To keep Bidlet safe for kids, users must not:
Post inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.
Harass, bully, or exploit others.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Parental Responsibilities
Parents/guardians agree to:
Monitor their child’s activity on Bidlet.
Manage consent for data collection and transactions.
Contact us if they wish to update or delete their child’s information.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Bidlet provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but will provide tools to help resolve them.
To the extent allowed by law, Bidlet is not liable for damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to the community.
