Returns Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2025
This Returns Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of Bidlet.app (“Bidlet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Bidlet platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all digital services, credits, and transactions conducted through Bidlet.app. As Bidlet operates a digital platform, the majority of services provided are intangible and delivered electronically.
2. General Policy
All completed transactions on Bidlet are considered final unless otherwise required by law. Due to the digital nature of our services, Bidlet does not offer refunds or returns for services or earnings once they have been successfully credited or delivered, except as outlined in this Policy.
3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be approved at Bidlet’s sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:
a. A verified technical error or system malfunction on Bidlet’s end that prevents delivery of a purchased service.
b. A duplicate transaction resulting in multiple charges for the same service.
c. An unauthorized transaction proven to have occurred without the account holder’s consent.
Refunds will not be issued in cases where:
A user changes their mind after purchase or completion of a service.
A user provides incorrect information or makes an error during a transaction.
Earnings, rewards, or credits have already been issued to the user’s account.
4. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, Bidlet may, at its discretion, provide:
a. A credit to the user’s Bidlet account balance (as shown under the “/earning” section); or
b. A direct refund to the original payment method, depending on the payment provider’s policy and the circumstances of the case.
Refunds provided as Bidlet account credits are not redeemable for cash and may only be used for eligible Bidlet services.
5. Requesting a Refund
Users seeking a refund must submit a written request within seven (7) days of the relevant transaction by emailing:
The request must include:
The user’s Bidlet username or account email address;
The transaction reference, date, and amount; and
A detailed explanation of the issue.
Bidlet will acknowledge the request within five (5) business days and may require additional information to verify the claim.
6. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse
Bidlet reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears to involve misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, false claims, chargeback fraud, or manipulation of the earnings system.
Where such activity is detected, Bidlet may:
Suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account;
Reverse any unlawfully obtained earnings or credits; and
Report the activity to payment providers or relevant authorities.
7. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights, guarantees, or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL applies, users are entitled to a remedy if a service fails to meet a statutory guarantee.
8. Amendments
Bidlet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
